Hi!
Could somebody please explain me how to search for abbreviations like mvc, mkv, cec in this board?
I do not understand why this board needs at least four characters, this is not very helpful... :-(

it's a limitation of the mysql setup. You need to use google atm

Even if we could lower the character limit (which causes a big server strain), Google still does a better job at indexing our own forum than the MyBB search that is built in :)

I wonder if the message about short word searches could be changed to suggest using Google?
