Is there a "Select All" when right clicking. For instance if you want multiple files from an add-on then you can select multiple/all and copy them to super favs etc. Instead of one at a time.

No, but the queue feature (hit Q on the keyboard over selections a few times and I suppose one might be able to use it as a multiple select) allows for multiple selections of course and you can edit/save/clear the list and that could be linked to favourites or SF, might be more work rounds, check the SF forum.
