I don't see the Audio Passthrough Enabled under the Audio Passthrough heading in System / Settings / Audio. Just enable dsp processing.
Now, looking at the log, I'm guessing this is why...
Although it doesn't matter since none of them list passthrough capabilities, I'm using Device 2 which is the HDMI port on my GeForce GT 730 running 370.28 drivers connected to a Denon X4000 AVR.
Now, it passes through without a hitch in my current MythTV setup (which I'm attempting to migrate from, for the kodi frontend, but still use the myth backend for live/pvr) so I don't quite understand why this just isn't working with Kodi.
Full log at https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B8b4bd...UJFem1JSFE and I enabled debug logging before clicking through the the Audio Settings screen.
Any ideas?
As an fyi... total kodi newbie. I've been running a myth setup for the past 7 years or so, but looking to cut the cable completely and kodi seems to have the best interface to do so... so that's why I'm trying to transition to it.
Thanks!
