KODI 18.1 Freezing

Using 
Gigabyte Intel Celeron J1900 Mini PC with LiberElec 18.1 when scrolling my movies it freezes hope the log helps

No, attach with gdb after it freezes and get us the running threads.

If the machine fully freezes, e.g. network is gone and nothing works anymore you are most likely hit by the infamous Atom-Bug which hits J1900 especially hard: https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=109051 <- 4 years old and the one he forked was even older.
First decide what functions / features you expect from a system. Then decide for the hardware. Don't waste your money on crap.
