Unable to hardware acceleration h264 decode in Monterey 12.0.1
CPU is used to decode h264 (CPU Usage is higher than big sur then, temperature is up)

Decoder setting is "ff-h264-vtb(HW)"
I think videotoolbox interface is changed in Monterey
