Dear all,

I'm sure that lots of people have NGC episodes in their library but for some reasons, shows are not being added to library here.

This is what I'm doing for the TV shows: e.g. The World's Biggest Cave - Season 2010, Episode 78, I've created a directory named "National Geographic Channel" and under that directory renamed the show as NGC_s2010e78 or NGC_s09e04 for "Rivers and Life: The Nile" but noting is being added to the directory. All the naming I've done according to the listing here:

Everything else is working this way but NGC stuff. Does anyone know what am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance. Cheers!!

I can get it to scrape using this file structure

Thanks Tight_wad, It worked!!
The key factor here was the name of the parent directory. The moment I changed it to "National Geographic Documentaries" it worked right away. The "naming" of the TV shows don't really matter, as long as "s00e00" structures/format is in the name. So, my NGC_s2010e78.mkv works just fine. Cheers!!

Ok I've been searching everywhere for a similar problem I've been having. I have some, I believe, National Geographic episodes that I've also added to the National Geographic Documentaries folder and have tried everything I can think of to name them correctly. For example, I have an episode called 24 Hours After Asteroid Impact (episode info here) but no matter how I name it, XBMC isn't scraping the correct metadata for his episode, if anything. I'm figuring I must be naming it wrong or need to be using a different folder name, but what?? S24E07 isn't correct, S2009E07 isn't correct either. I've also tried it under a folder named National Geographic Explorer, but nada. Any ideas?
