[WIP] Media Manager for NAS coded in php
Tamplan. Please hang in there with git. As soon you get the hang of it. Development will speed up.

Thanks for your efforts so far and don't worry about our wasted time Big Grin

Wizard manager re-written and available at https://github.com/tamplan/Media-Manager...S-for-XBMC

- Erase completely the folder where the application is.
- download the new code
- process to setup with the wizard
- once logged in, refresh the page and go to 'Administration' => 'Sources' to fill the paths of the server.

Wizard now setup the domain name (or ip if not set) for url used.
Selecting language determines a language during all the setup process.

Please use GitHub to open issue on it.

Regards

Thanks for working on this, it still doesn't work for me though. I can't get past step 2 of wizard. Issues opened on github.

which php mods do I need to run this? only GD image library? and can i run this on a lighttpd webserver or have you only tested this with apache?
Reply
I have only code this using apache.

The rewrite mod is also required.
Reply
you mean rewrite mod in apache.
Reply
Yes, I speak about the rewrite mod for apache.

Ok so I've installed this on an ubuntu server running apache2 and php5. Mod rewrite is enabled and gd image library is installed.

I can get to the wizard page though the browser, by going http://server/mediamanager/ but when I click ok for English I just get a spinning circle in the middle of the screen. I've left it for 5 minutes and nothing has happened.

It's probably something simple that I've missed, but any ideas what it could be?
