Thanks for this release Hitcher. Been using alaska for a long time now, and the panel view made me realize that all other skins I had installed were redundant.

Could you please optimize a version for the XBOX? There are still unofficial releases coming out, and i actually found Alaska to be both very nice and with great readability for my 32" SD CRT screen. Only problem is that it takes very much memory. I use confluence without problems on it.
With downscaled pictures, textures etc to standard SD 720x576 resolution? And perhaps some other tweaks to get the memory-use down.

chinese font in alaska_black.ttf not look like english font in it. suggest to try this chinese font file:

Even though I am not an Alaska user, I am currently having a look at the skin.
The thing that sticks out the most for myself, is when in Genre view it shows pictures of those genres such as Action.
Nice and simple design would I use it though would be another matter.
Maybe if it had a bit of colour too it, and if the movies were in DVD style casings.
The views to me, do not make me go WoW but for a simple design skin then top notch.
