Could someone help me with getting the Video Fanart Splitter up and running? I added the latest 0.2.5 version, enabled HTTP access but I still get an error. Here's the log:

check if you get any search results when clicking this link,
you may need to adjust the port number if xbmc is not configured at port 8080 on your pc.

Thanks, this solved it. I did use port 80 before which was fine with the remote app on my iPad, but fanart splitter doesn't seem to like it (no search results). After setting it to 8080 both run fine now.

Is there any chance the Fanart Splitter ends up in an XBMC repository?
I really like the script... but nowadays grabbing a Zip-file is 'strange', knowing that all other add-ons are so easily obtainable

FYI:
Version 0.2.5 works well on XBMC (Live) 10.1!

i've made some modifications to the script and it should work fine on nightlies

to be honest, it's up to skaymakca to decide if he wants to submit it,
it's his script after all. :-)

and since he didn't add a license file to the script, i don't even have a clue if it's ok to modify and redistribute the script as i did... let alone me submitting it to the repo.

are you using v2.5 of the script?

check if the webserver is enabled in xbmc and if the portnumber matches the portnumber in the addon settings.

yes it wroks fine with movies but nothing is in the tv shows folder

ok so i copied a .tbn file from movies and placed it in the tv folder that is in addon_data and that file shows up on the tvshow home screen.

so could it be
aplitter not splitting
bomething with the scrapper
comething wrong with the folder structure

p.s. structure is currently as follows

you may have to change the portnumber in the url,
depending on how you configured the webserver in xbmc.

do you have exactly 2 tv shows in your library?
and if you browse your tv show library, does it show the fanart images there?
