For my OUYA, xbmc-20131116-f8b9117-master-armeabi-v7a.apk seem to be best build to date playback wise.

Because It features some important fixes for libstagefright issues!

I have downloaded the neew version and now, you can use also mediacodec and deactivate libstagfright in video Menu.
I have the same system like you.

Videos with libstagefright on play at about 1-2 fps on RK3066, MK808B, Android 4.1.
With Mediacodec on it plays fine on the latest nightly.

STF in new xbmc nightlies still don`t work 1-2 fps. Mediacodec is fine but STF was better before xbmc-20131117-7f212b9-master-armeabi-v7a.apk

Well, on my Minix X5 with latest 1080p firmware, 1080p stutters both on medicodec and stf (but a bit less with mediacodec) and 720p works flawless on both.
Youtube is fine, too.
Surely, the problem lies elsewhere...

Hi Koying, thanks for your work.
As you have a Minix x5, could you recommend a XBMC version for that hardware?
