Italian translation corrections

I've correct some strings referred to the weather. Althought a pair of string was not translated. So, the file is uploaded to Paste.bin

Thank you to you and all the xbmc team for making me happy for over one year right now Big Grin

I've re-read my translation, and I've found other small incongruence (is hard work more than I thought :O) and to submit a new strings.xml, trac xbmc is the right way no?
