If there are a few channels you'd want in a list, just go through your channels lists and queue all the channels you'd like, then go to the now playing screen and save the list as a playlist. the playlist can then be added to the main menu

I must be being realy stupid here, i can follow those instruction to the now playing screen an can see my list, i just cant save it. The only options i can get are add to favourites, move item and remove.

Anybody know where i am going wrong ? Thank you.

to save queued items, don't open the context menu. instead push "left" (or "right" in some cases maybe) to open the sidebar options menu (doesn't work if you have your skin set to kiosk mode i think). you should now have the option to save as playlist. Smile

btw, i've updated the futubox lists (now with channel logos) and added the rtsp versions. they hardly buffer (to the point where the picture freezes). instead there will be a picture glitch, but sound and thus the stream continues to play see my signature for the link to pastebin.

Hey,

First of all, thanks for your contribution regarding LiveStreams Smile

I've opened your signature XML links and they have some structural tag errors.

I've fixed them and here they are:
Fubox Family.xml || Fubox Adult.xml

Hope you don't mind.

I ve used the Fubox Family.xml file from the below post and added it as my livestreams source,
When i play the channels there is a lot of buffering.. hardly can see anything.
Is that the case with everyone or is there a setting i could tweak to play it better
and make it watchable.

Thanks.

Is there a master xml file here that someone could send me a link too? I've checked the first post and cannot figure out how to find/download the xml file on paste bin or community-links. Thanks in advance.

i'm going to second this question and add, if i put this file in a folder in xbmc, then add it as a source in livestreams, am i going to be living large?

thanks from both of us.

You can save the file as an xml file and add it but I would not suggest that because the streams link change all the times, so your best bet is to add it as URL (type the whole url in the settings and make sure you click on add source).. this way, when the owner of the xml makes changes, it will automatically be changed in your box.

When I add this as a xml it works fine. When I try to add the url of it, I keep getting a script fail pop up when selecting the list. Am I adding the url wrong?

Is this the live link that you created for your channels? So, that it will automatically be updated when you update it.

Hi All

Just a really quick question that you guys should be able to answer

I have Live Streams and Live TV installed and as i understand it they both work pretty much the same way, as far as sports go the only real channels that i am after is SKY Sports preferably in HD

but none of the xml files that i have added ever seem to have them working, I have StreamDB but do not seem to get much joy out of that, and i have also installed the Live.xml.

So my question is are these channels take off as quickly as they go on and in your opinion what is the best xml file to have.

thanks

john

To my experience, nothing lasts.
