I'm a MQ3 user and ready to make the switch. Is this one pretty well baked or still very buggy?

And on a completely unrelated sidenote: Nice to see your taste in music is as good as your skinning skills. Big Grin

perhaps even better Wink

perhaps i´m goin out on a limb here, but i think it´s far less buggy than mq3.
be aware that my opinion isn´t fair-minded Wink

Seeing the different threads i'd say Nox is way ahead on stability and minute amount of bugs that actually get fixed

Always read the XBMC online-manual, FAQ and search the forums before posting.
Do NOT e-mail Team-XBMC members asking for support. Read/follow the forum rules.
For troubleshooting and bug reporting, make sure you read this first

Ok.... So I'm testing this on my desktop PC and liking it a lot. It definitely just as if not more snappy than Nox 2.0. But my question is, once this is Official, will updates happen automagically or will I have download new Gits every update?

is this 'fixed' in 3.0 so i can see the full episode number easily in list view?

probably because we changed a lot of fonts. try and report with 3.0. i do not have any tvshow with such a high episode count.

i hope it´ll be at a point where we don´t need to push out bugfix releases. Next Version will take some time then. Depends much on the skinning engine changes made for xbmc 12 (frodo)
me for my part will take a rest after 3.0 is released.
i really invested a crazy amount of hours for this project, i need time to actually start using this beauty then Wink

Where can I edit the panel layout for the movies Wall view? I've checked out Viewtype_Wall.xml and the two WallContent layouts seem to not be for movies. I've edited some skins before, but Nox seems to have a different structure than those I've toyed with in the past.

look inside include "WallContent". you´ll find all layouts there.

I know this isn't the right thread for this.... But how do you guys share your thumbs, posters, fanart, extrafanart, and Movies/TV shows between different XBMC pcs?

I want my main xbmc to have the full control and database of all of the media and art and I want my other xbmc's to use its data and not store any on their hard drives.

you can use a shared mysql database or some kind of sync between userdata folders (possible with all kind of software)
There are a lot of topics about that in the forums. search for them. you´ll get all the needed info there.

Thanks a bunch. I was looking there already, but I was only seeing two of the layouts. I didn't notice the others were includes also. Thanks again.
