If you're looking for a mini-ITX case that already has a 120W power supply (you would not need to install a picoPSU) please consider: http://www.ecosmartpc.com/ei7.html. It can come with either the standard 84W AC adapter or there is a 120W AC adapter.

That entirely depends on the components inside. The case itself comes with a fanless power supply and mounts for up to 4 x 80mm fans. My office PC runs with a i3-2100 and 1 x 80mm fan. The fan is the only "noisy" part (sound of air) because I am using a cheap fan -- waiting for a quieter one to arrive.

I'd basically be looking to put all of the "A6-Pack" compenents into it. Any concerns on the fit? It's a nice looking case

Hey Beer - I was rewatching your video as I'm getting close to pulling the trigger. One question though - I just noticed I can see your SSD, but don't see a traditional storage Drive (I'm looking to add maybe a 3TB drive) - Is there room in the case?

No concerns on the fit. Even the smaller E-i5 has enough room for up to a 40mm CPU cooler installed. There are a few good cpu coolers 37mm or under for AMD.

I just finished a build like this.
Antec ISK 110 case, Asrock A75M-ITX mb, A6-3500 cpu, Crucial M4 64GB SSD etc.
However, I'm having sync problems on videos. Running both audio and video through HDMI. Every video is out of sync. H.264 and XviD. Both streamed from NFS share and played from local folder.
I'm running Win 7 x64 with Eden final. Did I miss any specific setting? Have anybody else experienced this?

Try a nightly build - this will include AE which isn't in Eden final
If you have problems with the latest nightly I can check what version I'm running tomorrow. With the version I am using I've had no problems, also have same spec HTPC as you.
Hope this helps!
