Good day.

Can I ask how to configure an external program such as PowerDVD to read Blu-ray?

I tried to install the addond Advanced Launcher, but I could not figure it out.

If you are referring to the addon packs, indeed the links are dead. I would also like to download them. Can Wanilton or Marcos re-upload them please?

I am having trouble with mq3 due to I follow the step and download the repo to my mac desktop and then open xbmc and follow the instructions settings add ons open zip and the navigate to desktop where I find the file but it only gives me the option to cancel and can't choose ok and if I click on the file it just reverts to last step. Am I missing something or is it that this file ain't for mac osx

I was thinking of installing frodo but not sure where that's at at this time. Any help would be great

If you plan on updating MQ3, could you please change the following :

Views.xml Line 12789

Code:
<label>$LOCALIZE[31933]:</label>

Views.xml Line 12793

Code:
<label fallback="161">$INFO[Container(552).ListItem.Premiered]</label>

This will change the TV Shows Episodes Landscape view to show the first aired date instead of just the year.

That way i don't have to go and edit it everytime you release a new version...

Aeon MQ 3 version 3.0.0 available

Changelog:

New: XBMC Frodo build.
Added: Support to Skin Widgets script.
Changed: Remove support to RandomItems script.
Changed: Remove support to Whatchlist script.
Fixed: All artwork dependencies.

This version is only for XBMC Frodo, so I will not send to repository until Frodo is officially launched.

[edi] Just tried it out, and everything seems fine, only the 'recently added' widget doesn't show anything, only the default covers without any tv show/music or movie title in the list.

Um nobody is probably going to answer me but I'm new to XBMC and Aeon. I was going to install MQ4 but that's listed as broken so I went for this version to work with my Eden Linux install. My questions revolve around the music section and its fanart. At the moment when I scan an item it downloads the album cover only. Artist fanart, cdart, logo etc are missing. Do I have to manually source this media?

In the following image:

The image in the top right....what is that called and where can I find it? Basic questions but I'm a total beginner here. Thank you! Smile

You need to run Artwork Downloader & CDart Manager addons to get most of those extras... The rest can be enabled in the Music Settings.

Enable "Download Additional Information During Update" and select the Universal Album Scraper for albums and Universal Artist Scraper for Artists
