I was successfully able to run the Pandora script using plugin from post 1770 by newatvuser on fresh install of xbmc frodo 12.0. System is Win7 (64bit). Prior to that no matter what script I ran from previous posts Pandora would pause after 4 songs and you would have to hit play button to start it again. I was able to play songs for about 2 hours from my stations without any problems. I was able to switch from Pandora's Screensaver to channel list without problems.
Thank You newatv2user

So far, it works fantastically for me too, on OSX 10.8, remotely controlled by Yatse on my Droid phone.
One thing I'm wondering- I'm trying to build an AirPlay-like experience without actually using an iPhone. What I'm missing now is a way to actually view what I'm doing to Pandora on my PHONE, and still have it play out to XBMC. I can use Yatse to remote control XBMC on my mac, but I can't see what I'm doing on my phone. Anyone got any ideas?

Another thumbs up for newatvuser in post 1770. I've been struggling with this issue (plays 1-3 songs before sending me back to my home screen) for months. This fixed it so far, things have been playing nonstop for the entire morning.

Have the new script running , fixed the stopping problem, runs great thanks !
XBMC Frodo on lubuntu 12.10, Aeon Nox skin
One thing, if I let it run for an hour or more , when I go to use the web interface or Yatse on my phone , the interface is dead; ditto, if I use the mouse attached to the HTPC - I can ssh in and kill it, restart and all is fine, but it is an awkward workaround
would love to fix this, as having Pandora integrated in has been on the wish list for a while. I am pretty new to XBMC, so if there is more specific feedback, please let me know. I went through the log and all looked find until I killed the process
Thanks

Sounds like the problem I had on XP machine. Could not find anything in the logs. I think it got better when I disabled visualization and used xbmc fullscreen.

already running full screen - will play with visualization - going to try some other skins , but as I understand the way XBMC is implemented I don't see how the port gets disabled/blocked by the skin, but i probably am missing something; going to try a port scan when next time its dead and see if that shows anything - thanks for the quick response

Awesome. Only took a few months, but thumb up/down finally works. Thank you newatv2user.
Adding and editing channels from within XBMC would be awesome but at this point I'm just happy it's working.

The new one is not working on RPi running Raspbmc. Gives "Failed to authenticate listener" error. xbmc logs don't really show anything. For clarification, that would be the json version.

@Eye in the sky: Haven't done any testing with proxy. So not sure. Have you tried other proxy servers? Is it the same? I'll try to take a look at it whenever I get a chance.
@alekm: It was working great on my openelec on pi about a month back. I don't have the RPi any more, so I can't really test. So I have no suggestions at the moment other than make sure you're entering the correct login information.
