Time is 4 hours ahead

Installed nightly XBMC 13.0-ALPHA 12 compiled Feb 14 2014
Clock displayed in XBMC is 4 hours ahead of the displayed system time.
Canada is selected in Settings, Appearance, International
There have never been any options appear when Canada is selected,. Such as Time Zone.
Previously I was using the nightly from Feb. 7 2014 and the time was correct.
Any thoughts on a solution?

In Android, the time zone is set correctly to Atlantic time. Android time is correct. I set it to auto select time zone to test is it makes any difference, it doesn't.
Current Android time 4:22 Atlantic time zone. XBMC 8:22
Change time zone to Pacific, Android Time=12:22, XBMC still shows 8:22
Change time zone to Mountain, Android time= 1:22, XBMC still shows 8:22
Change time zone to Central, Android time= 2:22, XBMC still shows 8:22
Change time zone to Eastern, Android time= 3:22, XBMC still shows 8:22
The clocks become equal if I set to London time zone.

Yea I'm seeing this as well and it does look like the 20140207 build is the last working one. One thing to note is it is not just 4 hours off but seems to vary based on your TZ setting. Mine is 5 hours off and im -5 GMT.

I wasn't able to reproduce this, but you can give http://mirrors.xbmc.org/test-builds/andr...bi-v7a.apk a try.
