Can you confirm that to use your fix, the phone requires being jailbroken? If not can you provide a simpler explanation on how you fixed it? What little hair I have left I am beginning to pull out.

I just hope this is not the only way for someone who don't want to jailbreak their iPhone to enjoy Kodi on it...
