it suppose to get resize, but or your album cover is too big or your cdArt is too small ! and I really dont know why because it seems nobody else have this problem.
you never told me what your resolution 1080p or 720p |

I'm running 720p most of the time(testing). Album covers are from 500x to 1500x but they resize fine, no problem with that. it's cdart that is messing up

Just how I do it:
Open Gimp Open the picture of the cd you want to work with. Go to Layer>Transparency>Add Alpha Channel Select the Ellipse Select Tool, and make a selection around the outside of the cd as shown. ![]() ![]() Click Select>Invert (or just hit CTRL+I) Click Cut (or hit CTRL+X) Then select the inside of the cd the same way and cut it out. Click off the image Go to Image>AutoScale Go to Image>Scale Image and set it to 500X500 pixels. You should be left with this. ![]()
Always read the XBMC online-manual, FAQ and search the forums before posting. Do NOT e-mail Team-XBMC members asking for support. Read/follow the forum rules. For troubleshooting and bug reporting, make sure you read this first

Quote:Then select the inside of the cd the same way and cut it out.you cut too much, you should left the center transparent plastic. Quote: Is there a way to get fallback on fanart too?no that I know, but if you have other pictures in the root artist_fanart folder I mean directly in the artist_fanart folder(no in artist/band folder) if you have a picture or pictures there like general pictures and the media player dont find fanart in the individual folder it will load pictures from there |
