rodejo, the 3.0.2 number means that you've modified the plugin? If so, I should use it as a starting point for further updates

1) You have an old version of XBMC. You should update to 9.11
2) You have an old version of Navi-X plugin. The bug is caused by an incorrect handling of unicode characters and it's already fixed. Unfortunately, the version of the plugin that rodejo put in navi-x site and in XBMCZone it's an outdated one, and it has the bug. So you must wait until rodejo will release the correct one (that I've already sent to him). Or wait until rodejo will allows me to release it myself (it's mostly his code, after all).

Thanks - I wasn't aware that XBMC 9.11 was out of beta but I will install and use that from now on. Also, I will wait for the plugin 3.0.2 to be uploaded on the website or use the repo installer to update. Thanks for your help.

At the moment, the SVN repo installer is the only place with the updated plugin, so I advise everyone to install it from there.

Question  Having trouble setting up Navi-X (using Windows Vista) Post: #135
Exactly what the title of the thread says. I've tried putting the plugin version of Navi-X in the plugin folder of XBMC, putting the script version in the script folder, and even trying to access the files through XBMC. Am I forgetting something, or is it the lummox of an OS's fault?

Hi there,

I'm using Navi-x on a windows PC with keyboard and mouse. Can anyone tell me how I return to the XBMC main menu without ending the Navi-x script.

I can do this on Linux with my remote control but can't work out how to do it in Windows with Mouse and Keyboard.

Thanks!

Hi All, Running Xbox v1.0 and XBMC SVN 9.11 And Navi-x 3.0.2.

Anytime i watch a movie, or tv shows from Navi-X, it doesnt matter what section CBS, Media Portal, TBS, the movie/tv show will play for 5-10 min, then it will just quits back to the movie list, i have searched beyond, and can't seem to find a solution.
i have tried many settings, diffrent builds of XBMc, and same problem still occurs.

any light on this subject would be appreciated.

thank you
