Ability to read mdf/mds files

is xbmc able to decode or read the alcohol 120% ripped files that are in mds/mdf formats?

xbmc cannot even seem to be able to find the file, that is most certainly there.

no we can't (afaik)

only files that are listed in xboxmediacenter.xml's extensions list are viewable when browsing. simply adding the extension will probably not make it playable (i never tried)

hmm, i don't think so in this case, xbmc uses libcdio to read cd/dvd-images and i don't believe libcdio support alcohol 120%'s mdf or mds image format yet :hmm:

ps! if you like to see mdf/mds cd/dvd-image support in xbmc someday then you should request this from libcdio, or if you are a programmer then code a patch.
