I know, I've read all the threads. I had it working previously when I had Ubuntu 11.04 beta installed and when I tested out the XBMC Live through USB I was able to unmute everything and get it working no problem... but then I installed XBMC Live and now I've got nothing. In Audio Mixer I can't unmute anything. I can move the bars up and down, but they all still read MUTE. In the Audio Settings I've switched everything to HDMI, but still nothing. I've followed everything before without much issue, but now after a clean install, I've got nothing.

Any other thoughts?

Also before when I downloaded files I was able to add source just fine, now it isn't seeing any sources on the hard drive. Is there a way to download and install files directly to this box, or to access another partition on the box from xbmc, so far I'm not having luck without the standard ubuntu interface. It isn't picking up my samba share network either.
