I have XBMC installed on iOS 4.2.1 (AppleTV2,1_4.2.1_8C154_Restore.ipsw) and it's constantly crashing back to the ATV2 main menu.

I need some help I'm not sure why it keeps doing it.

I have found that switching skins eliminated the majority, if not all, of my crashes. You might try that. I am currently running the ellipsis skin with great results.
