Help with atv2

Ok

I upgraded nito tv via software update after it rebooted the atv I'm left with a blank screen. I restored it via iTunes on my mac but now the software is 4.2.1
How can I downgrade this via mac mini, I have searched the forums. Can someone point me to the relevant post

To summarize, first you use Tiny Umbrella to save your SHSH blobs. Then download the iOS 4.2.1 firmware. Then run Seas0npass (Option-click on the Create IPSW to pick the file to downgrade to).
