I have the Zacate part, I need a TV that will do 24p for to try to fix it - my e370vt is only 60Hz - Send me the TV (37", less than 24" high w/ stand) - I'll keep the TV if I can fix it - & I'll send you another Zacate system (AD02)...

im willing to donate to solve this issue, the zacate boards are amazing value and with this problem solved it would leave the ion boards behind

I tried it, but it didn't work for me. With this "patch" everything becomes slowmotion. Framerate is about half original

Haven't tried the patch but do you have the 'Sync playback to display' on or off?
With this setting on On, no matter what other settings I have in Video or System (vsync on/off etc) it slow down. Maybe with the Sync playback setting to Off it's faster?
I really do hope for the 24p solution, it's really a world of difference imo.

I tried with both, neither does work. And yes, with sync to playback its really even slower.

i have applied the patch and i now have perfectly smooth 24p - vsync - vaapi playback.

A couple of issues tho, the audio sync is way of at the start of playback but a skip forward seems to fix that, and i am unable to use sync to playback (audio resample) i get a black screen and the audio sounds like its changing pitch all the time (ie speed). It even does this without the change refresh rate option to off.

Must be on the right track to being a full fix now?

just playing avatar fully to see if audio stays in sync.

did you apply it to Dharma or Pre Eden? With latest GIT I had no luck, see my post above.
