Once and a while noticeable on 720p, but not too badly. 1080p is unwatchable. I have a Ati raedon hd4350 for my GPU an AMD 9500 Quad Core processor. Im going to switch over to Windows 7 tomorrow from Windows Server 2008R2 and was wondering if this will solve my problem since WSr2 doesnt support hardware acceleration or if I should upgrade my gpu to something better, there's a pretty good deal on slickdeals, i just do not want to spend the money if i dont have to.

I have 8gb of ram total. So Ill just try and run it off the on-board GPU. I still havent switched to Win 7 because ive just been lazy, but I will try taking out the gpu and see what happens, thanks for the advice
