I've only been using XBMC for a few weeks and have suddenly encountered problems. Sometimes it gets stuck on the 'loading' screen but never opens. If it does open, none of the movie files will load. I just updated to 12.2 and was able to get the program to open, but I still can't get any files to load and play. I am using XBMC with NaviX on a desktop PC running Windows 7. I'm not very tech savvy but I can follow step-by-step instructions. Any help would be appreciated.

Take a look in the debug log (wiki) to see what may be the problem. If your problem is with Navi-X specifically, then we can't help you here as we don't provide support for piracy add-ons (see forum_rules (wiki)).
