Couple of things. Looking good so far on atv2.
1. I have checked hide cases for movies but I'm still seeing the bluray DVD cases around the the movies in the library and
2. I've added some custom favs on the home menu. When i use them, there is no indicator window showing that it is retrieving items as what normally happens when the link is selected from within the specific add ons.
Otherwise v good thanks.

1.) thanx, noticed they still show up in fanart and item views.
all other views should be fine. i'll fix that in the next stable.
2.) the busy indication is handled by xbmc, so the skin has no control over it.

Thanks for the quick reply mate. Like 2 things about this skin, the views showing off the fanart and the ample customization options.

Ronnie, may I ask your advice on another thing. What is the ideal setup for this skin to run smoothly (minimal resources) for atv2. As you know atv2 is a very lite htpc.
What I understand is
i) Disable all views that are not in use.
ii) Disable all other skins
iii) Avoid heavy use of home backgrounds.
Any other suggestions....

Ok, have put it in action. Not expecting major changes, it seems pretty good on resources anyway. Ronie, the only thing that I would like to alter is the home menu style (font, behavior etc.) I obviously do not want to lose the customization fuctionality. Is it possible for a novice to replace it with a style from another skin...through the XML files?
Thanks again.

I see, just want a simpler look, similar to night skin ie. Without the highlighting and also how it moves slower when you change options and activate submenus, mixed font case.
