I have a HTPC based on GA-H67N-USB3-B3 with Intel HD Graphics and i3 2100. When I play video xvid / divx from time to time I have a frame drop. Animation drops for a few seconds and then the animation is smooth again. I do not know why this happens. I have disabled unnecessary system services in the background. Drivers are latest. The computer is well configured. I tried different settings in XBMC but it does not help. What can I do?

I see no difference in performance and image quality between the normal xbmc and with DS Player. How do I configure DS Player?
I performed the following steps:
1. I installed XBMCSetup-Rev # 553d719-dx.exe
2. quartz.dll registered and proppage.dll registered
3. I installed ffdshow-rev3851_20110512_clsid_x64.exe
4. ran XBMC ran started up a sample video
Feedback - directshow decoding does not work. :/
