xbmc disconnect from tvheadend

I am sure I read that a reconnect feature was being built, when will this be available?

probably in the next build. still got to clean that code up, so it's not in the dev branch yet.

I did push that to the dev branch. it works, but it's a hack now.

edit:
fixed it properly now. will be included in the next build

I picked up odk38 and this works correctly. I will now try putting the frontend to sleep and seeing if it restores when it wakes back up.
