[bug?][MAC]Overscan calibration not saved/applied
#1
Hi all,

I tried to update my svn version of XBMC today. I immediately noticed my xbmc being to large for my tv. No biggie i thought, i just calibrate my screen and be on my way for a movie night.

Unfortunately, after exiting the calibration screen, settings are not applied/saved.

After returning to my previous version (9203a73 (30th of april)) i reapplied my settings, and it works again. I tried a couple of versions of after may 1st but all show the same behaviour.

I'm running on a mac mini, C2D 1,86Ghz, 2GB memory and a CrystalHD chip.

Too bad you don't mention which version you tried. We stopped guessing long ago.

I'm really sorry, I downloaded the latest nightly today.

I tried all other nightlies between the version that worked and found out:

- xbmc-20110508-6677a2b-master-x86.dmg : works just fine, all nightlies before this one work fine too.
- xbmc-20110508-570e59c-master-x86.dmg (which is actually of may 9th): Shows the bug, and all nightlies afterwards have the problem also.

my guess is it has something to do with this "fix" Wink:

I think your guess was good ... and some time after that commit davilla did magic here:

https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/commit/9051...2a386ba4ca

but only for ios. So this seems to break things on other plattforms too and now only works on ios? Wink
