Update for Banner users

I made a BUNCH of changes today to support both banners and posters in TV views. Basically the skin is expecting your default icon to be a Poster and for you to have also downloaded a banner.jpg file for your tv shows. You will need to enable "Use Banners" in Skin > Settings > Movies/TV. If you are using banner icons by default, a few views will require you to download the banner.jpg if you have not already.
Then you can have various views w/out re-downloading icons:
