Add-on Request, If possible

Since rtmp appears to be a cat and mouse game with the new hand shakes being implemented, is it possible to write a add-on that can update rtmp to the latest available in xbmc itself? I am not sure if this would even be possible to replace something like this in xbmc, but thought it would be worth mentioning. Obviously it would have to be compiled for each system and stored for the add-on to retrieve it. One could also specify in the add-on which system XBMC is running on, whether it be Windows, Mac, Linux, or IOS. Any thoughts on this being a possibility?

it's not possible today, it may be made possible with my binary add-on work if that ever gets included.

Thanks for the quick and definitive response. As for your binary add-on, is this something you are currently working on, submitted for approval, or just theory at this point?

i've mostly done what i can, waiting for others now.
