Question for the GSoC-Project

Hi guys,

I followed the instructions of GSoC XBMC Project and came to the Build
Instructions (native),
but I don't know what to do there.
What to do with this: export CFLAGS="-march=armv7-a -mtune=cortex-a8 -mfpu=neon -mfloat-abi=softfp -O2"
and the others.

Can anyone explain this for noobs?

standard build instructions there. if those don't make sense, you might want to google a bit and learn about make and autotools.
