This may need to move to off-topic but I am wondering if anyone can recommend a good proxy service?

Some of the addons require ip addresses from certain countries that I do not live in and I would like to look into this.

I tend to recommend Overplay.net; it's a VPN service where you can choose which country you connect via (and get a local IP address).
