I'm currently looking for a netbook for basic day to day functions, but I want a few special things in the netbook:

1. Can run Mac OSX (Hackintosh)
2. Playback 1080p videos perfectly in XBMC for Mac via HDMI
3. Dual Core CPU

Can anyone give any suggestions?

Those are WAY out of my budget. I'm looking for $400 at most. I would've got an ASUS 1201N, but no place seems to sell them new anymore and most are still marked at around $450. Is there anything similar to this that can run OSX and is in my price range?

EDIT: Nevermind, found a "Like New" 1201N for $400.

Costco has a HP g62x Laptop Core i3-370M 2.40GHz for $449.

But you'll be hardpressed to find a new laptop with HDMI output for less than $400.
