Confluence Vertical for Eden (Old School home)

the 10.0-9 is the last stable release - the one available via cydia. It's the only one you can get via NitoTV and ATVflash Black too.
I believe backward compatibility shoud be guaranteed for it until a new stable is pushed. That's a rule of thumb in SW.
The weather+ script has a release compatible with it for exactly the same reasons - check the thread.

Edit: It works fine in the default skin so I guess it wouldn't be any problem for you to fix it

It works in the default skin because cydia has a really old version of the skin
If you want backwards compatibility and non breakage then you need to use the stable versions of XBMC if you use pre-eden and are not willing to update as things change and get enhanced then really its just tough luck I'm sorry

Really its Davilla's fault for making the very first iOS version in the middle of the release cycle and having a pre eden version instead of dharma but without it you would have nothing.

I guess once eden final is out and cydia is updated the issue will be mute. and btw the nightly pre eden versions for iOS are way better than the default cydia install faster and more stable and more stuff working

It's you guys in need of luck to try ang teach like half of iOS XBMC users in using SSH and command line tools...

Yeah, try explaining this to an averrage Joe. It's been a part of my job and I'm telling you - writing it down is not even the start of it.
So can you provide a patch? Or point where the xml was messed with?

found the problem - it's the zip file that's messed up

When extracting it (either from a local copy or from the repo) this is what you get if you "ls -al" 720p

Yeah that was just a little error on my part with this version instead of trying to merge in all the changes done to the main confluence since I did it I went the other way and completely rebuilt the home screen on the new confluence I have actually fixed that in my git but its really not worth a new version just for that yet.
Though I will get another version out before eden final
