Autorefresh like boxee? and XBMC??
#1
Hello Guys,

I have a question which is related to the use of XBMC and my C8700 samsung.
Months a go I bought a new mac mini for use as a HTPC but had a lot of problems with it. It was stuttering, audio was out of sync and so on.
I also tried plex but no go either, the stuttering was even worse.

I broke my feet so I had some time to spare. I installed the new Lion R3 and a nightly build of XBMC. The stuttering was almost gone. I need to say I had setup my mac with a 24p screen resolution.

Ok, I also have a Boxee which seems to setup it by itself. It also switch my Samsung to different frames as I play a non 24 or 23,769 movie.

Ok ; ) My question now is, I don't experience this on my mac it's not auto-refreshing/switching to the correct resolution. Should this work what is your experience on this matter?

I'm looking forward to hear more.

Thank you!!!

Refreshing and resolution are not the same thing, are you having a problem with resolution too?

If you go into settings, in video part of it XBMC will tell you what resolution it is outputting.
