I am trying to add a playlist to the main menu.

I have done this before, but right now I don't seem to have the option of "New Item".

->Shortcuts

No "New Item" present. All I get is the standard 'ring' menu, not "New Item.

If I arrow up on "Movies" then I do see "New Item", but I am unable to select them eith with the remote or with the keyboard. All I get is a navigation "beep".

Any ideas ?

OK, I got it. After faffing around for ages. 5 minutes after posting, I realised that I am in compact mode. Changed to "Normal" and problem solved.
