I'm trying to use the official remote but it doesn't show up in the Market.

I can't install it from the Barcode on the xbmc page either.

According to the devs over here Its due to the telephony settings on the application, suggestions to resolve this are try the amazon market or the drop box also linked from said thread http://dl.dropbox.com/u/2311861/XBMC%20Remote.apk

I got my TF today. How do I install the appplication from the website ?

Download it by clicking on it. Then tap on the downloaded .apk file. Don't know for Honeycomb, but on a phone you see your finished downloads in the notifications bar.
Or you use a file explorer.
