With newer kernels the module is already included and should just work. Why are you doing it manually?

with xbmc 13 lan not work with 1gb switch( with only 100 switch work ) also opelenelec 4 not work on 1gb switch.
openelec 3.2.4 work.
the problem is handshake, i think.

Same here, cannot get network card recognized by openelec 4 while it works in openelec 3
