Posting my current debug log probably won't help much, as I've reverted back to XBMC 10.1, but it's here just the same.
When I bring the ATV out of standby, and launch XBMC, about 75% of the time, it starts without displaying the splashscreen or the menu. A hard reset of the ATV fixes the problem for at least one "Launch XBMC -> Exit XBMC -> Standby -> Launch XBMC" cycle.
Reverting back to XBMC 10.1 fixed the problem. I'm almost certain it has to do with the CrystalHD card, but I'm not sure what to do to fix it.
