I have a question I'm starting with xbmc, i have a linux server without graphic interface, only shell command, is it possible to start the DLNA server and the WebGui of xbmc witout gnome or kde installed ?

Yes, since gnome or kde is not installed in xbmcLive or xbmcbuntu.

If you really wanted to ask if you can start it with out xorg the answer is no I beleive.
