any update on this or a python script for this function? i have all 9 seasons of the xfiles, the one season of brisco county jr. 3 seasons of seven days, 4 seasons of andromeda, 7 seasons of tng and 3 seasons of enterprise... i'd be lying if i said a synopsis view would not be wonderfully helpful when i loose my place.

this has been put off until after next point release.

see other threads (in feature req's i think) on how u can help make this happen.

i got a guy to try to do anidb and animenfo scrapers based on my framework. now somebody needs to step up and do tv.com and musicvideos etc. i won't bother creating more scrapers myself, since my needs are covered by geos.tv (and i've already done that one) and the anime ones if he succeeds.

so are we talking full integration or what? that would be badass for both all these databases would be put to good use in my world. i've also hacked and helped hack a ton of xboxes so i know a lot of people who i could help use this.

neways goodluck on getting it all working.

ok, i recall the dvd collection that was taken up to get it working (though i dont recall what the total was) so...

hypathetically, if i were to offer a cash amount to get the tv.com intigration working and into the cvs so i could get info for my files.. (ex: ds9 s01e04 past prologue.avi) so it would display:
writer, director, summary and air date and have it say worked into nfo searches... what would a serious price be, it seems there are alot who are capable but as this is a free project that a bit of motivation might be in order.

or a dead simple application for editing the db without having to fill in field after field.

I tried to get http://www.asiandb.com working, but it didnt even get close.
would be great if someone would also make a scrapper for that site.
it kinda looks the same like IMDB, s i'm sure it's do-able for omeone with the right amount of knowledge.

Thx spiff! This feature is highly anticipated. I suppose once you have one scraper working and the new video database in the cvs people will help to developing scrapers.
