[LINUX] Update from Ubuntu 10.10 to 11.04 made the image non-stutter free
#1
I upgraded my HTPC for some weeks ago from Ubuntu 10.10 to 11.04.

After that I've been start seeing small stuttering when I watch movies in XBMC, coming every second a small stutter. I've checked my xorg.conf settings and it's still the same as before and I haven't touched my XBMC settings either.
And I choose Ubuntu Classic (No effects) when logging in.

Haven't seen any 720p movie without stuttering and it makes me irritated when watching :/ Very disturbinh.

Someone had similar problem or just knows how I can solve it?

EDIT:
When clicking "o" and seeing the statistivs there, the missed count increases every 1-3 seconds.

There's a number of threads on here and on general Ubuntu forums about this...

I agree that it's irritating and so far I don't believe there is a fix, a number of people have posted possible fixes but nothing worked for me until I found a workaround which isn't perfect but works for my setup.
