Well, it was for a reason that I didn't post it. the SMPTE has removed the download link and it seems that they're trying to sell their documents nowadays. I was googling for quite a while before I found it. Then I tried to delete my thread but that wasn't possible. And since you actually do have a point (been there, done that, got annoyed as well
