XBMC with ATV2 from OSX Lion Machine

Software as you said doesnt work with Lion. Does the commands via Terminal work?

I said it's shareware, but it's non-expiring, just annoying pop ups from time to time, but I haven't used it in a very long time so that may have changed.

They should but I don't have lion currently so I can't tell you with 100% certainty. How NFS shares were handled changed after Tiger, but it's pretty much in it's simplest form now so Apple would have no reason to change it.

Yea I grabbed that yazsoft playback since I installed lion and lost smb. Worked great. Everything streaming again. Took two seconds to setup. Thanks for the tip!!!

There's free UPnP software for Mac OS X. VLC, Vuse, and even XBMC itself are all free applications that can share files over UPnP.
