I have been trying to set XBMC set up and i am having now luck
Here is a link to a pic of what i see i know there are some buttons on the left top and bottom. Tell me if you need more info to help me out and i will post it.

Goto: System --> System(settings) -- Video Output --> Video Calibration

Also check your other resolution settings in that menu.

That's odd, it looks as if XBMC is running at a different resolution to your screen. Can you pop the xbmc.log on pastebin.com and post the link here. A quick way to open the log is to press Windows-R and in the Run dialog type:

"%appdata%\xbmc\xbmc.log"

(including the quotes) and click OK. The log should open in Notepad.
