this would be helpful in every skin. Heck I'd like a To have a welcome screen that showed how to setup sources (this would help noobs).

Heck, why not an avi file of a video walkthrough that can be played from a button. Wouldnt be difficult to implement that.
In fact, anyone want to make me a 2-3 minute video for beginners for Simplicity?
