selection bubbles missing on newer xbmc builds

I tend to build xbmc from git a lot and recently i'm having an issue where the "selection bubbles" are missing in lots of places.

For instance: If i go into audio settings when a movie is playing i can't enable or disable "enable subtitles"

The option is on the list but the checkbox/selection area is just not there.

This same thing is happening on plugins.

I have the svn version of Transparency! which normally keeps up to date with this sort of thing.


Changing to the default skin makes these options appear.

most likely a temp xbmc bug, due to the dirty-region merge.
